The applicant organization requesting grant funds has been recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization and such exemption has not been revoked; and all grant funds will be used by the applicant organization exclusively for charitable purposes as defined by section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue code as it may be amended from time to time.
